The CALL status is activated in the event that we are unable to offer a tradable two-way price; Examples of when this can occur include:
- Little or no Market activity. If there have been no price updates for individual products the trade function will automatically set itself to CALL.
- Limit Up or Limit Down markets (Commodities). When markets have been closed and/or suspended, due to large price fluctuations, we endeavour to give clients every opportunity to trade.
